I am an architect committed to advancing strong design concepts while ensuring that the design team fully understands the owner’s and stakeholders’ needs, and meets or exceeds them. I have over 30 years professional experience as an Architectural Project Manager and Project Architect, skilled in organizing projects, establishing and developing client relationships, developing and negotiating fees, managing staff and consultants, preparing and updating project schedules and work plans. I have prepared many technical and cost proposals for public and private sector work, participated in numerous interviews as part of short listed teams, managed the production of design and construction documents including reports, presentations, contract documents, technical specifications, building code analysis and performance-based design and work regularly with sustainable building practices and procedures, from project start through completion. I have extensive construction administration and infrastructure experience, on virtually all of the projects; have managed multiple building types including government, justice, hospitality, retail, transportation and public spaces.
