Throughout my personal and professional journeys, I have gained a tremendous amount of experience about health insurance and health care. I have served as a health insurance marketing executive, senior administrator in a non-profit organization and a caregiver to two wonderful parents. However, it was during the COVID that I became committed to serving as a catalyst of education and information related to health care. From navigating the health care system to understanding Medicare 101 basics, it is imperative that we as consumers understand the choices that have an impact our lives. Better Health. Easier. That's the goal of innovative health care delivery systems; that's the goal of Geisinger. And that's why I joined Geisinger! Leveraging my business and marketing background, I joined Geisinger in 2022 to lead a team of Health Plan marketing strategists focused on strategy, data & analytics, digital innovation and member engagement. Our goal is to build our brand, increase and retain our membership, and improve member engagement & health outcomes. With an extensive background in marketing, analytics, business operations, marketing automation, digital innovation, and communications, I provide the strategic experience, C-suite know-how and roll-up-your sleeves, day-to-day operations to get the work done and to make a difference. In this role, I (we) am able to leverage the clinical expertise offered by Geisinger providers and leaders to bring to the consumers of Geisinger health insurance.
