Meghna is a Chartered Environmentalist with over 19 years of proven experience of leading on environmental, climate change, WASH (water, sanitation & hygiene), biodiversity and sustainability initiatives, both internationally & in the UK. Having worked in large international organisations such as UNICEF, WWF ; local government such as Coventry City Council and NGOs, she has extensive experience of strategy development & delivery; thought leadership; stakeholder management; strategic communications; developing/managing programmes & partnerships and leading teams. She has helped raise the profile of sustainability initiatives, developed multi million partnerships with private & public sector, overseen programmes, influenced policies both in the UK and internationally for better environmental outcomes and children's right to a safe & healthier environment. Currently, she is Head of International Programmes Engagement at UNICEF UK leading a team providing strategic insights & advice on programmes, policy, advocacy, communications, fundraising and partnership development on UNICEF areas of work including on environment, WASH, climate change and others.
