Paul spent 4.5 years at Virgin, as an Outsource Relationship Manager. He played a key role in launching Virgin’s very first off-shore Mobile Inbound Sales account with 300 heads across 3 sites and two different vendors. During Paul’s time at Virgin, he demonstrated a real drive to improve the sales results from the off-shore teams. Paul consistently delivered against 34% conversion target, either in-line or above the goal, including 4 record breaking months where conversion averaged 37%.Amongst Paul’s key achievements while at Virgin were an increase in CSAT and a £1 Million increase in revenue during 2011-2012. During mid-2011, handset returns where @ 20%, against a target of 5%. Through the various different actions that Paul implemented, the return rate reduced down to 3%.During 2012, Virgin launched a key campaign to improve revenue on Virgin Mobile. As 80% of Virgin Mobile activity sits off-shore. Paul was given a target of 10% attachment rate to achieve with the first 3 months of launch. By month 2, Paul was already at 15%, and achieved a steady 20% attachment from month 3.Paul enriched the monthly reoccurring charge from £12 to £18 within a 6 month periodPaul’s role at Transcom was that of an Operations Director, responsible for a very large multi-skilled account, blended Business and Consumer Collections and a Home Movers Loyalty account, with a total FTE of over 1kPaul’s achievements @ Transcom were improving the Consumer Collections performance from 1.2m a month to a regular 1.5m a month and the successful launch of the multi-skilled account, which grew from 0 to 600 FTE over a 5 month period.
