My career goals are to create and implement rich online programs that drive customer acquisition and engagement across multiple channels that use a mix of customer segmentation, targeted messaging, and dynamic personalization. I have developed a 3 year strategic vision for our CRM program that focused on using our marketing database and segmentation strategies and applied it to all digital direct communications to our customers. Over that time we've worked with customer lifetime values and retention programs to help best optimize the overall strategy. I've got a strong passion for understanding customers and their experience interacting with a product, and I've been lucky enough to do this work in data driven industries while working with people I enjoy.
