Tuality has a medical staff of nearly 300 doctors and is one of the region's largest employers with a staff of over 1,200. Manny Berman, who joined Tuality Healthcare in 1983, earned his Master's degree in Hospital Administration at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives . Manny is currently the President/CEO following a 30 years as COO. During his tenure at Tuality, the organization experienced significant growth, including opening several new facilities, and the expansion of services to include comprehensive cancer care, open-heart surgery, and more. Just prior to joining Tuality, Berman served as associate hospital administrator for professional services at Oregon Health & Science University Hospital in Portland.
