TRO is a marketing and event management agency that helps to connect people and brands with memorable moments.

I have been working for TRO for five years now, starting out in the live events team gaining invaluable experience working on events such as Goodwood Festival of Speed, British Touring Car Championship and Formula E. More recently, I moved into the New Business and Marketing Team and haven't looked back! I report into the New Business Director and lead all Marketing and Comms efforts within the business, in order to help us reach our commercial objectives. My main responsibilities include, but aren't limited to; managing and creating content for all TRO social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter), management of our content calendar, drafting case studies for the website and creds decks, writing industry award entries, management of our website, analysing our social media and website data to help improve our strategy, collating content for our bi-monthly mailers. Prior to moving to London and securing a job at TRO, I secured a First-Class Honours degree in Festival and Events Management and then went on to live and work in New York for a year as part of the Mountbatten Programme.
