I am an accomplished learning professional in the corporate training environment. I began my career by designing and delivering training. But since 2009, I have been leading and coaching teams of Instructional Designers across North America as they create sound learning solutions. In addition to being skilled in the corporate training environment, I also specialize in supporting risk and fraud functions This includes, reviewing and assessing fraud losses and collaborating with fraud policy groups to develop methods and procedures, used by the fraud analyst, to mitigate future losses.
