Charles is a 20-year technology veteran who has joined The CSI Companies, running the CSI Tech Solutions Division. Charles has spent the last two decades overseeing the Information Technology Services for several Fortune 200 companies. His first- hand knowledge of implementing large ERP systems, Data Center Operations, Business Intelligence, Yield Management, Application Development and large scale Global E-commerce systems combined with his experience in outsourcing will be a key asset in business development and the evaluation of candidates. Charles started his IT career with Budget Rent-A-Car where, at age 27, he became the youngest VP within the company. During his tenure, he managed the IT expenditure for more than 2,300 locations worldwide and steered his company into the wireless age introducing the now famous “Budget Rapid Return System” and “Budget Fast break” technology. Charles also oversaw the IT integration of key acquisitions such as Ryder Truck, Cruise America, Budget Car Sales. Charles also held a senior level position with CSC (Computer Science Corporation) where he managed the outsourcing services for various CSC Fortune 200 clients. His responsibilities covered all IT services at the company (Data Center, Application development, Applications support, help desk, Desktop, storage and strategy). He is recognized as an IT pioneer and has had the pleasure of sharing his knowledge as a guest speaker at high level Technology summits such as Thinergy, Extreme programming development, Citrix Thin computing, Linux World and Dell Brain Exchanges. Charles’ most recent job was with Masco Corporation, one of the world's largest manufacturers of brand-name consumer products for the home and family. As VP of Information Technology at Masco Builders Services for the past 6 years, Charles helped oversee the growth of the company from a $1.6 billion company to more than $3.2 billion, with an increase from 140 to 388 locations.
