Texas Bank and Trust Continues Branch Expansions, Welcomes Jon Honea as Vice President at Third Tyler Location LONGVIEW, TEXAS, August 20, 2014 —Texas Bank and Trust (TB&T) announced today the opening of a new Tyler branch at 102 North College Street in downtown Tyler’s historic People’s Petroleum Building. The new branch, slated to open in late 2014, will be the 20th location in the bank’s service network, and its third in the Tyler market. The continued expansion of TB&T throughout the northeast Texas region underscores the significant growth of the $1.9 billion independent community bank since it opened its first Tyler location at 6530 South Broadway in the fall of 2004. TB&T’s second Tyler location was opened at 2323 West Grande Boulevard in February 2010. Essential to the service TB&T provides has been attracting talented bankers to the organization as it expands.
