I'm a hybrid growth, transformation, and purpose leader (although 30 years in, I'm still learning and making my fair share of mistakes). I've enjoyed partnering with C-level teams at large companies, serving technology/business leaders, working with entrepreneurs on new ventures, and helping people align purpose, values, and mission. Previous startups produced two IPOs (DMD & MOTV) and two acquisitions (Pluck and iChat), initially delivering more than $2B in returns to investors. I'm also honored to have invested in, and/or advised, more than 15 startups via Alder Growth Partners. Joyously serve my wife, my three sons, my global community of friends and family, and multiple social impact organizations. Moved by forests, mountains, and music.
