As an engineering leader with over 20 years of experience, I lead, coach, and motivate talented, multi-functional teams of people who create award-winning software products for high-profile customers. I manage automotive OEM partnerships from product development to vehicle launch, one of my career highlights has been leading a global cross functional team of ~70 who collaboratively developed a hybrid automotive navigation software product from end-to-end. This generates over $100M in annual revenue for my company, and resulted in Ford Motor Company earning a JD Power Award for Ford (2017) and subsequent award for Lincoln (2018), and Escape (2020). With domain expertise in GNSS and sensor fusion, I continue driving advanced solution architecture in the fields of ADAS and autonomous driving futures. I serve as a key partner to our customers and internal stakeholders, and bring expertise in cutting-edge GNSS based sensor fusioned positioning systems to quickly bring innovative products to market that have an impact on people’s daily lives. As a leader of people, I listen to my teams and motivate them to collaborate so they efficiently work towards common goals.
