Christian has over 25 years of experience in multiple industries, leading functions including IT, mergers & acquisitions, product management and corporate strategy. Christian has been a business owner, president, and a change leader driving company revenue from $30M to $140M. Christian is a multiple time world champion in TaeKwonDo and leverages lessons from martial arts to drive performance in all aspects of his life. He is energized by creating high performance teams that create competitive advantage through change and innovation. Christian is also the founder of Gunning For Hope, a 501(c)3 that raises money for cancer research. - As the EVP of Business Development at TASC, the company grew from 7 product offerings to over 50, including exiting 4 non-performing product offerings. Revenues grew from $35M to over $100M during this time, and Christian and his team launched the fastest growing new product in company history, selling enough recurring revenue in the first 6 months to generate 5% growth for the company from one offering. - As the President of the MicroBusiness Division at TASC, Christian led the team to increase sales production 68% over prior year, with the same size sales force. At the same time, Cost-To-Acquire dropped 14%, improving product-line profitability. - While at CUNA Mutual, Christian has led the development of new product and market strategy for a subsidiary business line, led the creation of new teams and developed a merger and acquisition operating model. - As the CIO at RSM McGladrey FPO, Christian integrated the technologies of three acquired businesses and introduced enterprise content management (ECM) and business automation solutions to help reduce overall operating costs while simultaneously creating a scalable architecture and addressing PCI and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. - At AQS, Christian created an organizational structure and methodology for implementations and professional services offered to our clients, while managing 25% of company revenue and exceeding revenue target every quarter. - At the Bank of New York, Christian introduced a leading edge brokerage workstation for the company's correspondent clearing firms and led the implementation and support of technology products, including retail trading solutions.
