I engage in leading business streamlining and consulting activities for law firms, boards, educational and industry organisations. I bring valuable leadership experience, leading a diverse team presently of 160+ staff. With a strong background working with small to large companies & organisations, external and internal influences of change to policy can rapidly occur, I am highly skilled in stakeholder & change management to meet multiple objectives. As a side, I also have extensive experience in European vehicle repair, overhaul, performance enhancement, Motorsport, Hydrogen, Electric Vehicle Technologies and SCUBA including aerial rescue. I am a trained organisational coach and relationships facilitator.
