WoodruffIn collaboration with the CEO, CIO, COO, Executive Vice-President of Retail, Senior Vice-President of Planning and Operations and President of eCommerce, I am in search of the Omni/Multi-Channel Holy Grail; a technical and business process solution that provides an actionable 360 degree view of the Steve Madden customer.RESPONSIBILITIESeCommerce Systems- Manage eCommerce team of developers and qa personnel in New York and Bucharest, Romania- Manage evolution of eCommerce System to meet growing requirements of Omni/Multi-Channel retail- Manage design, development, testing and support of all aspects and components of the eCommerce systems such as Customer Service, Store and Warehouse Shipping, Website- Work as Strategic partner for Platform and Technology selection for eCommerce Systems- Educate and develop team capabilities in Software development delivery and techniques- Utilize emergent technologies to deliver innovative solutions- Manage all technical partnerships with 3rd Party Vendors, Consultants and Services - Manage delivery of SteveMadden.com, Superga-USA.com, BetseyJohnson.com along with other online eCommerce initiatives such as new brands, blogs, etc.Retail Systems- Manage Store support and development team for 180+ stores and outlets- Evolve and Manage Store Systems including POS, CRM, Traffic Counters, Merchandise Planning, Financials, Product, Reporting and Warehouse Management SystemOmni/Multi-Channel- Provide Senior Level Technical leadership for selecting best of breed eCommerce, Point of Sale (POS), Reporting and CRM Solutions- Lead team to mine data for trends that will help Steve Madden realize its multi-channel visionSpecialties: eCommerce, POS, Retail ERP, CRM, WMS, Business Intelligence, Content Management Systems, Service Oriented Architecture, Client Negotiations, Public Speaking, Instruction, ASP.Net, J2EE, C#, Java, MySql, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Ruby on Rails, Ruby, SCRUM, Agile Methodologies
