I am an organizational development leader with over ten years of professional experience providing strategic planning, training development & OD, project management, change management and process improvements in various healthcare environments. I possess a strong related educational background which includes a Masters of Healthcare Administration, a Masters of Human Resource Development and a Bachelors in Business Administration.My current role is that of System Director for Organizational Development and Performance Management with SSM Health Care in St. Louis, Missouri. I have been responsible for developing effective operational improvements relating to staff and program development, OD interventions and strategies and enhanced employee engagement resulting in significant improvements to overall performance and organizational efficacy. In addition, I have designed and implemented numerous management programs and systems while coaching and mentoring executive level staff in a multi-state healthcare organization servicing 31,000 employees and 8,500 physicians.
