Scott Sproule was appointed Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of SPX Corporation in 2015. Scott joined SPX in 2005 as the Assistant Corporate Controller and has held a variety of leadership positions across the corporation in both corporate as well as multiple segments. Most recently, he served as Vice President and CFO of SPX’s Thermal Equipment and Services segment. During his tenure with the company, he has been the Vice President and CFO for the Flow Power and Energy segment, CFO of Flow Technology, Vice President of Finance of SPX, and the CFO of SPX’s Test and Measurement segment. Scott spearheaded the the financial integration of ClydeUnion Pumps following that strategic acquisition and also assisted in the forming of SPX’s Corporate Leadership Development program aimed at grooming the company’s future leaders. Prior to joining SPX, Scott held a variety of other significant financial roles, including beginning his finance career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in auditing, and holding a series of financial management roles at Eastman Kodak Company and Corning Incorporated. Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his B.S. in Accounting from Robert Morris University.
