I saw early on how great a team and program could be through thoughtful leadership…identifying what it takes to win, recruiting the right talent, pushing and developing that talent to always get better, and motivating, coaching, and counseling them along the way. The work that my dad did inspired me to want to teach and develop others, be a leader, continue to grow and challenge my own skills, and through all of it drive success.In my more than 16 years in the learning/training profession, I have had the opportunity to develop programs that provide associates, managers, and leaders with the skills and knowledge that they need to be successful. I have also led, coached, developed, and managed great teams where we pushed each other to grow both personally and professionally.
