Senior Environmental Engineer and Project Manager with 16 years of diverse experience in project management, engineering design, environmental investigation and remediation projects. Ms Shah is a Professional Engineer (PE) in New Jersey and also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) global certification. Ms Shah possess a strong communication, management, and organizational skills in managing small to moderate size teams. Technical experience includes engineering design and calculations, technical design specifications, regulatory permitting, task management, report writing, and technical engineering support and research for a wide range of ongoing projects. Project Management includes preparation and management of cost, schedule and budget for various Operation and Maintenance (O&M) projects, monitoring and control of field activities related to O&M sites, preparation and management of regulatory reporting, team building and management, and client interactions. Various field activities include engineering site inspections for engineering conformance check, meetings with regulatory agencies, coordination of field activities and documentation, weekly status meetings and project tracking. Personnel management includes management and supervision of 3 full time employees and 2 summer interns, managing a team of people to deploy field and office assignments successfully and on-time.
