Also held Interim COO posts at GlobalLogic and Soylent. Guided Sunrise Telecom and Roxio through successful tech IPOs and Ouster through a SPAC public offering. Led the successful turnaround at TiVo achieving profitability with over $1 billion in licensing deals. Experience in building high performing organizations that achieve predictable business operations across the spectrum from infrastructure to reporting to planning and strategic operations – focused on annual and long-term financial planning, corporate and business unit financial insights/analytics and company-wide execution. Raised capital and completed multiple private and public acquisitions and divestitures, including the sale of a public company. Experience in global operations and profitably growing companies from the start-up phase to over $500 million in annual revenue. Implemented global ERP systems, SOX infrastructure and integrated multiple acquisitions. Grew and managed multiple companies with market capitalizations from $300 million to over $2 billion. Extensive experience dealing with buy and sell side investors. Raised in California, Anna grew up working for her Father’s natural hair care products company.
