Experienced sales professional (8 years) with a background in energy efficiency and a passion for using innovative business models to address the threat of climate change. Using the "Predictable Revenue" model pioneered by Aaron Ross and so many others, I have built an inside sales team of nearly 40 people (and growing) that is solving the problem of scale in home energy improvements. I believe a sales leader's responsibility is to identify and recruit highly leveraged managerial and individual contributor talent that complements strengths and hedges against weaknesses. It is the sales leader's responsibility to develop culture and to facilitate a seamless training and onboarding experience.
