With great technology, a software company takes a giant step on the path toward success. But it’s just the first step. Externally, there a multiple audiences to engage, listen to and work with: customers, partners and analysts, to name a very important few. That’s what I do. As EVP of Customer Experience at Sitecore, it’s my job to take our product and value message out to the world, and understand how Sitecore customers are using our software to win their customers for life. I regularly meet with customers, Sitecore’s Customer Advisory Board and our global community of valued Sitecore partners, the incredibly talented digital agencies and consulting firms that bring our software to life. In this role, I’m charged with making Sitecore’s brand promise a reality. In addition to Sitecore’s Customer Advisory Board, the global partner community and analyst relations, I am also responsible for ISV partnerships and alliances. Prior to Sitecore I’ve done a lot of other things, but my whole career has been focused on building better customer experiences. Every day I try to be a staunch advocate for the companies and marketers who are doing this work, working hard to make sure Sitecore is helping them achieve their goals. I love working with customers and partners around the world. When I’m home in Oregon wine country, I enjoy the fruits of the land and my awesome man cave.
