Directs DevOps teams to improve automation using Infrastructure as Code at scale. Migrates existing Terraform Deployments to the SCALR® platform, SCALR®(https://www.scalr.com/) is a remote state & operations backend for Terraform™ with full CLI support, integration with OPA, a hierarchical configuration model, and quality of life features. Improves automations and increases infrastructure reliability in an agile framework. Ambassador for enabling Cloud engineering teams to consume new technologies in a secure, scalable, reliable, and highly available manner. Established SCALR® partnership to help increase Terraform at scale efficiencies for Sierra-Cedar. Responsible for the DevOps teams that develop and maintain a private module Terraform HCL library used across the company to handle environment lifecycle management from deploy to decommission, maintenance(blue\green), and configuration changes. Launched a policy as code initiative utilizing OPA(Open Policy Agent) to apply strict governance for all deployments. Administers the SCALR® environment setup using Infrastructure as Code(via SCALR® and Gitlab Terraform Provider) to onboard and offboard managed service clients. Works to improve the reliability and performance of the SCALR® platform, contributes to the SCALR® design while focused on enabling the 'development lifecycle' to operate smoothly. Extends the SCALR® platform using CI/CD pipelines, custom hooks, and API integrations to increase organizational efficiencies.
