Paul is a client focused, financial services delivery professional. He has a demonstrated history spanning 15+ years working in both large scale financial services organisations and a cutting edge FinTech Start/Scale Up. Paul has led multiple client engagements and managed Front to Back IT transformation projects covering all stages of a financial products life-cycle (from Trading Applications to Back Office settlement systems, from primary issuance to corporate actions). Paul has direct experience covering both real world traditional and digitised assets. Paul has international work experience having worked in both the UK and USA, and has managed office based and remote teams located in the UK, France, Tokyo, USA and India. He has an analytical approach to problems, has excellent attention to detail and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Paul has a MA in Economics and Finance and a BA in Business Economics.
