My name is Stephen VanVladricken and I currently work full time as the Director of Information Technology for an emergency response company. I have worked in the field of Information Technology for over 5 years now, but it has always been a passion for me. I am currently enrolled in a dual masters program at Denver University to further my education and knowledge in this ever changing field. In my past jobs I have also worked with process mapping which entails the creation of process maps / SOP for all departments within an organization utilizing the software MS Visio. This process allows for a company to increase efficiency and eliminate non value added processes. This also allows for a company to expand or franchise in the future. I firmly believe going through struggles and finding out what is not working within a company and addressing them properly only makes for a stronger workplace. I enjoy diving into a new culture and really getting to know all different types of people. I hope to continue my efforts to help achieve the impossible and to improve the quality, processes, and profitability of any company that I work.
