A Pensions and Benefits specialist combining technical knowledge (UK, cross-border and international) with practical experience in the governance, creation, merging and separation of many types of plans. I have: •Designed and introduced new pension plans and benefit/flexible benefit plans in the UK and overseas •Amalgamated and separated pension plans in the UK and throughout the world (acquisitions and disposals) •Gained approval for and introduced UK and global pension and related benefits policies •Led pensions and benefits teams for acquisitions and disposals during M&A activity •Managed effective multi-national pooling arrangements for employee insurances •Managed and balanced relationships between Trustees and Employers in the UK for large DB and DC schemes, having acted as Secretary to Trustees and as a Trustee Director Specialties: Pensions, benefits, investments; a good working knowledge of other compensation areas such as share plans, corporate wraps and deferred compensation arrangements.
