Professional customer service that supports the efforts of a sales team is what I'm very accomplished at providing. Working as an insurance underwriter at a mid-size insurance agency, I saw an opportunity to increase our overall sales by growing the client base we already had on the books. I worked with the operations VP to ask every client for an opportunity to comparison quote their insurance policies that were not with our company knowing that several of my companies would beat the rates of the major 'direct writer' companies. The result was to more than double our business within a two year period. For me, personally, I became an expert in Personal Lines Property and Casualty insurance policies.
