Proud of my 30 years with Scripps Health in San Diego, CA. Senior Director in Information Services for the ambulatory core applications and various specialties utilizing Epic ambulatory. Additional oversight for Community Connect, Healthy Planet, Patient Experience, MyChart, etc. Project Management leadership in various IT related initiatives. Operations management experience in primary and multi-specialty care. Previously leading all clinic operations for 5 ambulatory clinics, Physician Resource Team, and special projects. Reputation for leading successful teams and future leaders. Previous role: Operations leadership; direct accountability in managing the initial implementation and ongoing provider/end user support of the ambulatory electronic health record, scheduling portion of PM application and Health Information. User base comprised of all providers and staff, across Scripps Medical Foundation. Various past leadership positions within Scripps Health. Began my career as a secretary in Internal Medicine learning the fundamentals of health care delivery. Many opportunities as a front line leader in clinic operations and Information Services. These include supervisor, manager and director positions. The greater part of my career has been focused on IT related work and I absolutely love it.
