Over the past 18 years my role at ArentFox Schiff (formerly Schiff Hardin LLP ) has evolved from assisting and preparing Attorneys and Paralegals for trials and depositions to being a member of a full service HR team. My main responsibility as an Human Resource Coordinator is to assist the HR Director, Managers and Generalists in every aspect of Human Resources by responding to any employee queries.
