With a passion for understanding customer needs that goes beyond panel control requirements, I lead all of the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. In addition to building customer relationships, I am responsible for new products and markets. I provide leadership to help innovative manufacturers take new product concepts they dream up and turn them into reality. Often I work with clients, from an idea on a whiteboard, through design characteristics and functional descriptions, to the delivery of a finished control system. Controls are the center of any system — the complex, intelligent interface between a system and its installation environment. The Industrial Controls Company engineers, designs and fabricates systems and control panels across a host of industries and a range of applications — from prototype through large scale production.
