As a technology leader with 15+ years of experience, I support organizational growth by overseeing the technical security posture and direction, solidifying system policies and architecture, and leading cross-functional teams. My ability to supervise prompt issue troubleshooting by pioneering technical solutions has allowed me to mitigate incidents and eliminate vulnerabilities at multiple organizations. While doing so, I refine SOPs and SLAs to streamline project management, task prioritization, and contract negotiations. As an example, I strengthened data security at Las Vegas Sands by implementing a VMware architecture consisting of 15-20K virtual machines. In doing so, I enabled data replication across sites with sub-millisecond latency. In addition, I established new administrative access and server hardening SOPs to assure complete PCI and MICS compliance. While leading IT process improvements, I draw on my empathetic leadership to enhance team performance and satisfaction. To this end, I create improvement plans, recognition initiatives, and training programs to promote my teams’ personal and career development. SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS: - Expedited large data migrations by ~90% by implementing threads; reset ACL permissions to assure PCI compliance. - Saved hundreds of work hours and eliminated process redundancy by automating 5-10 operations each year. - Migrated legacy operating systems on ~6,000 units and mapped applications for containerization.
