As UK CEO of Wunderman Thompson Commerce and Technology, I oversee teams across our range of services and delivery capabilities and am responsible for key customer relationships. I’m additionally responsible for the strategic leadership of the business, leading a team of more than 1000 digital experts to deliver industry leading services for our customers. I am also heavily involved in the integration and planning of acquisitions for the business, notably our two recent acquisitions: mobile technology company NN4M and leading enterprise AI company Satalia. I work with our acquisitions to map out how their services can be integrated into the WTC offering and manage these collaborations to maximise the success of an acquisition. I have worked at Wunderman Thompson Commerce since 2012 (then Salmon) in a variety of roles including Head of Client Services, Chief Customer Officer and UK Managing Director. Before joining the business, I worked for Sapient, as well as client-side for Sainsbury’s and Aviva where I performed a number of roles across digital and IT.
