I am a Retail Planning and Merchandising executive with 15+ years of experience in Women's, Home, Women’s Accessories, Tweens, Kids and Men’s. I have worked with Retail, Wholesale and E-Commerce teams to drive sales and profitability. I am passionate about fostering strong partnerships with the different business and support teams (Sales, Marketing, Visual, Operations, Stores and IT), developing a strategy for growth, creating a plan of action, utilizing tools to measure KPI’s and shift strategy as needed. I like to use data to ensure that the assortment in every store is compelling and matched to what the customer wants. I focus on both quality and quantity of inventory - ensuring depth in key sellers and acting quickly to move through poor-performing styles.
