Led Innovation and R&D teams and initiatives, including as Chief Innovation Officer, in multiple organizations. • GLOBAL EXECUTION: Deep global delivery experience building and leading development centers and client delivery teams across North America, Europe and Asia - including a year living in and working across India while leading an organization of several hundred technologists there building software products and client web-based solutions. • TECHNOLOGY LEADERSHIP: 30 years’ experience leading engineering, software development, and large scale architecture work across a broad set of industries, on the leading edge of a series of successive technology waves. Personally led multiple large scale technology evolution, including re-platform, re-architecture and product & system migration efforts at scale for a number of organizations in several industries. Deep career experience as an applied senior practitioner in a large number and wide variety of OO languages, distributed and web architectures and platforms, and lifecycle methods, including agile since late 1990s.
