I am a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 20 years’ + experience of working within the recruitment industry (both internal and agency). I partner with RPS' Planning business which includes Town, Transport, Landscape, EIA, HIA, Heritage. Other sector knowledge includes: Environment & Infrastructure (Geo-technical, Geo-environmental, Ecology, Sustainability, Hydrology, Environmental Due Diligence, Compliance & Permitting) Health & Safety (Fire & Risk, Asbestos, Legionella), Laboratories, Occupational Health & Hygiene, Finance and Corporate/support. Highlights/Projects: •Led on first social media candidate attraction campaign for RPS •Supported on design and implementation of ATS (Cornerstone). Delivery and training to the UK business’s •Implemented internal recruitment capability into the Health, Safety & Environment Division •Revised and re-built recruitment process into the Planning & Environment Business Units •Increased direct hire ratio from 50% to 90% •Introduction of Preferred Supplier Framework for the UK
