Designed and implemented warehouse and distribution center (DC) management systems that enabled the DC’s to go from less than 30% cross docking capability to over 80%, saving millions of dollars in labor and operational costs while increasing higher supply chain velocity and increased inventory turns. • Implemented an ATM debit card project from concept to production introducing a new channel for customers, while eliminating manual processes and generating a new revenue stream for the bank • Streamlined corporate travel benefits solution to gain over 80% improvement in overall efficiency and successfully delivered standardized Airline Operations solution with Executive Reporting. • Implemented an Extended Coverage Plan (ECP) solution at both POS and host systems that increased sales by over $2.5 million over the first holiday season.
