My goal is to grow and support the individuals in my team and challenge them to exceed in everything they do. Graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Industrial Design (Honours), first in graduating year. Receiving the Deans Merit awards in 2007 and 2009 for a grade point average (GPA) of 6.0 or greater and achieving a place in the top 10% of the College cohort. Embarked on a rewarding career with ResMed, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of innovative products for the diagnosis, treatment and management of respiratory disorders, gaining substantial global product management and marketing experience, professional skills, competencies, knowledge and technical experience. Working as part of a worldwide Marketing Communications team to develop innovative and targeted messaging to customers and patients as well as creating new channels of communication using new and emerging technologies. Experience in product design and development including managing production with suppliers outside of Australia. Worked with engineers to add industrial design expertise for ResMed ventilation products and accessories. Degree qualified in Industrial Design and backed with design and marketing experience, incorporating solid analytical, technical and practical proficiency with an ability to quickly develop a valued standing relating to expertise within a role, rapport with the team, and strong ongoing stakeholder relationships.
