Executive in operations/sales with a reputation for building the most innovative and efficient areas/products that deliver exceptional client experiences (internal/external) and bottom line impact (ROA/GOP) whether it be from scratch or improving an existing model. I develop strong relationships and teams through collaboration, trust, transparency, and mentoring while always looking for continuous improvement to lead to better results. My favorite part is what I call the “People Process”. I love to assist in the growth of people at all levels. There is nothing better than coaching up, pushing someone outside of their comfort zone and watching them soar. Many times excelling at a task they thought was beyond their skill set whether it be at work, for school, or the community. I spend time ensuring associates understand the WHY behind what I am asking them to ponder or do, explain the benefit through teaching the value to the organization, coaching a better understanding of the process or improvement that is needed and eliminate unnecessary waste that uses up resources because “that’s the way we have always done it”. People describe me as high-energy, innovative, quick thinking, supportive, analytical, motivating and a solution maker. When I am not at work, I have a passion for improving my community and lives of others around me.
