Mindy Logan is a human resources professional with extensive experience in all HR functional areas. Currently the People First (HR) Team Member & Consultant at Blankenship CPA Group, she serves internal and external clients in a multifaceted human resources role. Blankenship CPA Group is a top ten Nashville CPA public accounting firm committed to expertly serving client’s Tax, Audit, Accounting and Consulting needs. Prior to Blankenship, Mindy was the SVP, Human Resources Director at Reliant Bank where she helped the bank grow from 35 to over 400 employees. As a member of the bank’s leadership team, she was responsible for talent acquisition, policy development, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, payroll, learning and development, and M & A project planning and execution.
