My experience lies heavily in the powertrain assembly automation processes including gaging, testing and fastener tightening. I've been responsible for leading several large scale programs with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects. I have handled the entire front to back business developments & order implementation processes. This includes the proposal estimating/technical writing and the order execution processes, including assuring the equipment's field implementation and on-going support processes are fully satisfied. My goals and aspiritations focus on obtaining employment to further my career in a project based environment, Specialties: Developing complete proposals with a competitive advantage to obtain profitable orders. Applying my leadership skills, experience and Program Management expertise in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. I also have significant expertise in the design and manufacturing of complex machinery, assembly systems and fastener tightening equipment..
