I'm all about leadership and technology. I work at Redgate Software, where I indulge my tech passion by enabling our clients to push software to market faster through extending DevOps processes to their databases. Specifically, I lead our Enterprise Account Executive team. Our goal is to take that value mentioned above and drive agile process improvements with some of our largest customers. As a leader, I’m focused on challenging, coaching, developing and pushing my people to heights they never thought they could attain. It absolutely gets me going. On the personal side, I’m a book nerd (I probably read 2-3 per month) lover of classic rock and blues legends (pre-1970 Fleetwood Mac, anyone?), avid runner, husband and father to two wonderful little boys.
