Receipt Bank is an award-winning company that removes the time and hassle that bills, receipts and invoices place on businesses. Working with bookkeepers, accountants and SMEs directly, Receipt Bank has developed its software and service to integrate with existing software packages, making the gathering, storage and processing of bills, receipts and invoices as easy and as cost effective as possible. The company was founded in 2010 by Michael Wood and Alexis Prenn, and is now a proud partner of Xero, used by thousands of their accountancy firms, bookkeepers and clients worldwide. The service integrates with Quickbooks, Freshbooks, KashFlow, Sage50 and a number of other leading cloud accounting software services.

I've enjoyed a career in accounting and technology that's allowed me to develop a wide range of skills and experiences. Having joined Receipt Bank as a very early employee in 2014, I've been fortunate enough to grow my career within one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe, improving my skills along the way and understanding of what it takes to build a team and product that scales to deliver incredible growth. In 2018 Receipt Bank was crowned the 7th fastest growing tech company in the UK, achieving 3,000% growth in the previous 3 years alone. I've enjoyed the opportunity to hire and work alongside some of the world's best designers, product managers, engineers and data analysts to create an incredible user experience for over a million B2B users. Benefiting from the Reforge Advanced Product Growth training programme, I've learned to harness the techniques required for building an experience that users love. Using a blend of data and customer feedback, I've created roadmaps to deliver real product-lead growth. I am proficient in the use of a variety of industry-relevant software and vendors (Looker, Mixpanel, Snowflake, Braze, Slack, Salesforce, Stripe, Figma, Jira, Confluence and Netsuite) as well as the application of methodologies to efficiently make informed decisions on how to achieve success. To relax and unwind I enjoy running, surfing, golf and craft beer.
