I have over 20 years of experience in managing creative teams, creating strategic IT solutions, art directing, composing digital marketing and solving problems and innovating in both human and business oriented assignments. Lately I've been involved with future concepts on renewable energy, traffic and infrastructure. A critical part of my work is to concretize multi-disciplinary teams' creative ideas to a form that is easy to communicate and to understand. I thrive on creativity, efficiency and high performance, both on an organizational and individual level. Specialties: I know people. Inside and out. And plenty of ways to get to know them even better. Because no matter what your product or service may be, the users are still plain old people. My job is to know their needs and solve problems.
