I have grown and developed my professional skill set since 1991 in the heavy equipment field. My current position as Service Supervisor affords me the opportunity to utilize my management skill set to continue to improve customer relations as well as growth. Managing shop and field personnel as well as outage crews involving in depth planning and coordination between multiple branch service departments, mine management, and third party contractors. Continual P&L improvements through innovation, planning, and team building. I have extensive experience in diesel as well as industrial gas/LP engine rebuilding/remanufacturing with factory training in multiple manufacturers. Factory trained in hydraulic component repair/rebuild (brand specific). Recently more development in electrical systems and computer controls have added to my skill set. With several years in a supervisory position I am able to manage and coordinate personnel and departments to gain maximum efficiency and production.
