As co-founder of a tech hardware startup that received over $1.4 million in investments, I spent my first two years out of college gaining practical, accelerated managerial experience. Specific areas of focus included fundraising, brand development, and project management. Currently, I am the VP of Operations for Kennedy Care, a leader in home health care headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI servicing over 200 families. My focus has been revitalizing the company culture and structure to enable new growth and partnerships. This has entailed establishing new positions, hiring and developing key personnel, introducing new processes and accountability measures, introducing new company-wide incentives and putting additional emphasis on key financial reports.
