I bring 22 years of experience as a technology leader, with a drive for entrepreneurship and a vision for technology. I have a strong background in commercially driven IT operations and am skilled in balancing long-term strategic transformation initiatives with shorter-term BAU and tactical initiatives. Stakeholder engagement is an area of strength for me, and I work closely with all areas of the enterprise to ensure productivity, efficiency, and technology alignment. My focus is on People, Process, and Technology - in that order. This empowers my teams to deliver exceptional service while also meeting the requirements of the organization and customers.
