Responsible for helping our Copart customers achieve the highest possible returns on their vehicle assets by leading Copart Automotive, www.CashForCars.co.uk, Corporate and Dealer Services Sales & Marketing/PR including our online businesses and e-commerce platforms and broader business strategy at Copart UK, part of the global Copart Inc. family. I am a senior leadership professional (and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing) specialising in commercially focused leadership management, digital and customer marketing, responsible for enabling business growth through digital marketing and product development. Focused on enabling growth and ROI, with a strong track record in digital transformation, digital marketing, e-commerce, omni-channel digital solutions and multi-channel brand and campaign marketing. Operating at Board level in both privately funded (PE) and FTSE/Public companies I bring a balance of customer centric strategic leadership and output focused delivery. I have worked in UK, European and North American Markets across both household consumer brands, SME's and start ups across e-commerce (P&L's), e-self service solutions, and been instrumental in creating and managing high performing digital teams (UX/Ui, technology and through to customer service and online sales). I have been responsible for defining, implementing and managing large scale digital transformations and have significant experience in managing digital development, sales and marketing functions across major consumer brands. These include the AA - where I ran the AA.com digital experience, British Gas - where I was Head of Digital across the brand, and Centrica North America where I was selected to establish a North America wide 'digital centres of excellence' to drive sales and service through digital channels. I have set up, developed and sold my own digital creative and marketing agency which included delivering work for McLaren, Waitrose, ESPN, TopUpTV and a host of SME and digital Start ups. This also included the creation of an in-house near sourced web development team. The entrepreneurial and value based decisions required to grow a business is something I bring to my workplace. I excel in inspiring people to deliver their best in pressured environment and am a natural leader who is passionate about the digital age and all that comes with it.
