After a 10 years’ experience in SAP implementation for Italian and International Project, I’ve acquired a big knowledge of Accounting and Controlling Processes with a very good view on integrated areas (Sales, Purchasing, Production), taking growing roles during the years. In October 2016, I’ve step up in a new position always inside Prysmian Group IT HQ department. At direct report of Group CIO I’ve assumed a new role as IT Business Partner for HR and Communication. IT Business Partner is the main referent for business users, the bridge between business and IT. Main responsibilities are: • HR & Communication Demand Management: understand internal client requirements and propose solution in line with their expectation in a medium-long term plant. Anticipate the needs of the customer based on the criticality; • IT HR & Communication Budget management and SLA Accountability: strong co-responsibility on company results and not only about developed activities. Strong focus on the overall IT budget management of HR and Communication • Design Phase Contribution: actively participate in the phase of analysis/design project together with the business and project team; • Innovation driver: propose new solutions in line with the best practice of the market, with our digital and innovation strategy and the needs of the internal customer; • Digital Transformation lead: to drive HR & Communication departments on rethinking internal processes to align them to the new needs coming from a digital world. I actively support the project teams, as Project Manager, in SuccessFactors initiatives, improving in the last months the numbers and the quality of the processes managed through SuccessFactors: • Digital Academy enhanced with LMS and JAM; • Recruiting Marketing • Compensation Process • Talent Management • Performance Management From Communication side, I’ve worked on New Corporate Web site initiative and I drive the project for the new Corporate Intranet and the Internal Chatbot
