Kim has a broad corporate background, having started her career advising on a variety of corporate transactions for both general and life insurers from well-known international insurers to Lloyds entities including: mergers and acquisitions; disposals; distribution agreements; outsourcing agreements; start ups; joint ventures; reinsurance; insurance and reinsurance policy wordings; and regulatory matters. Since moving in-house several years ago Kim has expanded on her corporate and commercial experience advising on corporate governance matters, various listing rules matters, distribution agreements, M&A, large commercial contracts, corporate restructurings, global reinsurance programmes, Solvency II, data protection matters and TUPE issues. During Kim's time at RSA she spent time as the Sole Counsel in its Irish business and working in the Group Regulatory Risk & Compliance team.
