Promentor derives its assignments from 2 main sources, either directly engaged by clients, [as is the case with state governments, statutory authorities and major hospitals, where together we help improve the delivery of services, efficiencies and profitability] or by referrals from banks and private equity firms, where we assist their clients restructure from poor performance to increased profitability. We take an active role within each client's organisation and work within the business, either replacing or working alongside management, to rebuild, restructure and improve profitability. Promentor is an Australia wide practice serving the needs of our national and international clients, with offices located in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Hong Kong.
